Tracey is a long time resident of the Shreveport/Bossier area.  Graduated from Capt. Shreve High School in 1986 and went on to obtain a 2 year Business Administration degree. She is happily married to Bart, a Shreveport Fireman and owner of Testament Construction.  Mother of 4 children, Grant, Kirk, Kaylin and Garrett.  Tracey is an active member of Broadmoor United Methodist Church.  Her other hobbies include cooking and riding her horses and competing in Team Penning events.
